Archer Maclean’s Mercury
Aug 28th
Another game finished on the PSP. I only just got through the Boss on Nano by the skin of my teeth. But I will take what I can get.

I’ve completed all three games I have now.
Well, technically there is still about 40% worth of side missions for Liberty City Stories remaining but I choose to count the main storyline as the game.
Now if they would just release some more decent titles.
Ultimate Avengers 2

This is better than the first one. I can count on one hand the number of times that happens.
I found this one so much more enjoyable. Probably because the initial attempt was a major corruption of the original comic book storyline by Millar and Hitch. Watered down to a PG for consumption by a junior audience. Although I guess nobody is ready to see wife-beating and a horny Hulk in cartoon form yet. Regardless, my expectations were rock bottom.

This is enough of a departure from the book that its almost like another continuity has spawned. Which is funny because The Ultimates is an alternate continuity from the original Marvel Universe. Is that irony? Maybe in an Alannis Morissette kind of way. I used to be a purist about these things. Now I just go with the flow.
Oh and spoilers…
Somebody dies.
MediEvil Resurrection

I finally finished this on the PSP on the train home the other night.

I had been letting it sit at Zarok’s Lair since it kind of got shelved when Liberty City Stories came out. Having not played it in months I thought I did pretty well to do Zarok in after only three attempts.
